My first visit! Dr. Stephanie is kind, warm, thorough, & very easy to talk to, I am so happy I found her! The intake staff are very sweet & welcoming, I felt very comfortable throughout the entire annual physical experience. Dr. Stephanie educated me about medications I’m taking that I didn’t know could have unintended side effects, and ordered tests I’ve never been offered before given my symptoms. The office is clean and very easy to find, and Quest Diagnostics is just upstairs from the office, so I was able to get my blood etc. testing immediately after my appointment. I don’t think I could have had a better experience with Horizon, and it is certainly the best Primary Care Provider experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Stephanie and her staff took the fear right out of the doctor’s office visit. I have a tele-health follow up visit in just three days to discuss my test results, the fastest turn around I’ve ever had. Thank you to Dr. Stephanie and her wonderful staff! 10/10!
I had the absolute most amazing experience!!!Unfortunately, I was unable to go to the doctors due to lack of insurance for many years. Embarrassingly, I was hesitant and nervous to book an appointment, but booking at Horizon was the best decision I could have made. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with the most friendly and welcoming smiles! Both nurse Maddy and DR. Pettingle were absolutely amazing. I was cared for with great attention. I was LISTENED to and HEARD!!! I truly cannot say enough about my time! I knew I was going to be writing a positive review within the first few minutes of my visit. I want people who were/are in my situation to know that there are amazing doctors out there who genuinely care for their patients, and thankfully I was able to cross paths with DR. Pettingle. I highly recommend this office for a PCP!! This was by far the greatest experience I have had at any doctor. Thank you for everything!!
i enjoyed the fact that the doctor was actually listening to me and was honest with her recommendations that i had ask about/for. I was seen on time at the time i was scheduled for. so far i would recommend her to someone like myself that finds important in being heard and not feeling like I'm bothering the doctor with my concerns.
I came in for my first appointment as a new patient. Everything was very thorough and the staff was very friendly. I had already completed my check in/registration online so as soon as I arrived, I was taken to the back to do my vitals. Stephanie was very adamant about getting to know me as a patient. I felt very comfortable and I look forward to building this relationship. Definitely would recommend.
Dr P was incredible, very friendly and clear communication. I felt at ease and comfortable around her.
Dr. Pettingle was fantastic. She answered all my questions and had the best bedside manner. I'm recommending all my friends and family.
